Since graduating from University, I “fell” into recruitment and have progressed my career from Trainee to Consultant to Senior and now, in my current role as Business Development Manager. I have always operated in the same sectors making me a real specialist within my market and having deep roots within my field of expertise.

I now am a credible and success driven Business Development Manager with 7+ years’ experience developing business and key accounts, across the UK & internationally. My role is to engage and develop relationships with businesses.  I am passionate about helping them find world-class talent to improve, save money and time while delivering on projects.  I build trust with my customers and help them focus on critical hires. My network is within Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Marine, Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Production, Medical, & IT.

You might be surprised to learn:

I once had England football schoolboy trials when I was 18. I also once got lost Snowboarding off Piste in the mountains of Austria and had to get rescued by a helicopter. Other than this I enjoy spending time with my 2 Cocker Spaniels dogs on weekends partaking in long walks around the Cotswolds.
