Experience &amp; background 5 years&rsquo; experience with Omega, started as a temp to support the company transition and have never left! I enjoy the fast pace of industrial recruitment and everything that goes with it! &nbsp;Prior to Omega, my work experience varied but all previous roles have been customer based. I am also a qualified Makeup artist but don&rsquo;t ask me to put your lashes on! You might be surprised to learn I love crocheting! If I&rsquo;m not on a bottomless brunch, I&rsquo;ll be at home knitting whilst watching Corrie!

Experience &amp; background Before joining Omega, I mainly worked in customer service roles. Omega hired me in 2014 to work with one of their largest clients, where I focused on handling complaints, retaining customers and making sales. &nbsp;
In 2015, I took a seconded role with Omega&rsquo;s onsite team, managing the contract I was previously working on and helped them achieve their best year ever. From there, I never left! I discovered a new passion in people management and attracting talent. These skills allowed me to transition to my current role, which I enjoy for its dynamic and exciting nature. At Omega, every day is different and challenging - something I love! You might be surprised to learn I am Mum to my little boy, George and on our days together, we can be found exploring the scenic rural areas and waterways near our home. When I actually get some free time, I like to express my creativity through a wide range of arts and crafts, such as painting, embroidery, or photography and I always have at least two projects on the go. Oh, I am also related to Elton John!

Specialised in Payroll processing for over 100+ contractors for our Gloucestershire and Leeds Branch, I work with a wider payroll team to ensure all of our workers are paid accurately and on time, with this my role consists of different day to day task mainly to the start of the week I&rsquo;m chasing hours and inputing them onto our internal system. The second half of my week is assisting the consultants with any admin they need, planning staff events. This includes choosing suitable venues, arranging schedules, and incorporating team building or recreational elements to foster a positive workplace culture. Experience &amp; background Life before Omega I was a Beauty Therapist for 10 + years before deciding to have a career change into payroll in 2019 then joining &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Omega in April 2023. You might be surprised to learn Outside of work I love to travel ranging from walking weekend away with my crazy and a little naughty Cockapoo Toby to sitting on the beach with a beer in hand. If not travelling weekend consist of spending time with my family or going to the pub with the girls. Always my claim to fame my Dad had breakfast with Muhammad Ali in Las Vegas. &nbsp; &nbsp; Also randomly, have once appeared on the pyramid stage at Glastonbury!
