Qualifications & Requirements - Multi Skilled Production Engineer NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent; HNC/HND or higher in an engineering discipline is desirable.Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer.Good understanding of problem solving and modern lean manufacturing techniques.Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, from production floor to management and directors.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a hands-on approach.Excellent team player, proactive, inquisitive, and flexible attitude to work.Ability to support weekend and bank holiday working when required.Motivated, diligent, logical, and analytical.
