The Role

We are recruiting a Site Services Engineer to support a large, modern manufacturing facility in Wrexham. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all site-wide services and hard facilities. Working on a continental shift pattern, you'll take ownership of essential infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, and associated building services, helping to maintain a safe and compliant production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor, and repair site services including HVAC systems, boilers, steam, compressed air, and water systemsCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across all hard services and facilities equipmentEnsure site utilities operate efficiently to support continuous manufacturing operationsDiagnose faults and coordinate repairs to minimise disruption to productionManage contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and to standardEnsure compliance with health & safety legislation, statutory inspections, and site proceduresMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and statutory documentationSupport energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement projects
