Omega is partnering with a fantastic company in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide financial strategy to support the company's growth

Key Responsibilities-Financial Controller

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial stability.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls.
  • Collaborate on budget preparation and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements-Financial Controller

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) advantageous but not mandatory
