Position: Inside Sales
Position Fishponds, Bristol
£25,000 plus commission OTE £35,000
Type: Permanent, Full Time- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Omega has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to work for the specialist in supplying machine tools and manufacturing equipment based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities –Inside Sales
- Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required
- Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Qualifications & Requirements –Inside Sales
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering supplies industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Positive attitude
- Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications
- Customer Management System experience
