Position: SOP Administrator
Position: permanent
Salary: up to £25000 per annum
Location: Poole
Working hours 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday between 7:00am and 04:00 om
We are now seeking to recruit a SOP Administrator to join our busy team based in Poole.
The primary function of this role is sales order processing, from generating sales order to dispatch notes. The role will include scanning and filing and archive management and eventually include light stock control duties.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Process Customer Purchase Orders
- Generate and maintain Sales Orders
- Raise Contract Reviews as necessary
- Update Part Prices as necessary
- Create Despatch notes to ship parts to Customer
- Scan and file Job Cards when complete
- Keep archive in good condition
- Assist with ‘End of Year’ Stock take and WIP take.
- Issue parts for assemblies or kitting when requested within 48 hours.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work with Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy is always important as well as good literacy and spelling.
