Position: Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Lincoln

Position: permanent

Working hours: 37 i.e. Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 04:00 pm and on Fridays early finish at 12:30

Salary: £22687

We are now seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to work for a busy engineering manufacturing company based in Lincoln. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for raising purchase orders, expediating orders and closing purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise Purchase Orders / Creation of Document Package
  • Issue and Clock Operations / Completion of Shop-Packet Information
  • Purchase Order filing
  • Supporting the team in closing out the Purchase Order and ensuring parts/order is moved to subsequent operation without delay
  • Regular daily reviews of delivery status, (SUBRAW)
  • Accurate, concise updating of information from the supplier to SUBRAW daily

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have good communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above
  • Computer Literate
  • Dependable, responsible contributor who’s committed to excellence and success
  • Good interpersonal skills, (team-worker)
  • Prepared to follow procedures
  • Eye for detail
