Our client is looking for a hardworking, positive locally based candidate to join their sales team to support the busy office function across the region.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Administrator
- Report preparation and Business administration
- Manage lettings negotiation and sales lettings administration
- Process tenancy applications, including referencing and documentation
- Dealing with queries
- To provide a high level of customer service
- Be able to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Qualifications & Requirements - Sales Administrator
- Good IT skills
- High level of quality control
