Role Overview – Electronic Repair Engineer
Our leading electronic manufacturing client based in Northampton are looking for a Electronic Repair Engineer to join their team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of industrial electronics—think PLCs, HMIs, CNC components, servo drives, and more. Alongside a tight-knit team technicians, you’ll use vast spare parts stock to solve complex issues and ensure equipment performs at its best.
Key Responsibilities – Electronic Repair Engineer
- Diagnose and repair electronic equipment at component level.
- Test and optimize repaired systems for full functionality.
- Solder, measure, and document your work with precision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to tackle diverse technical challenges.
Key Experience – Electronic Repair Engineer
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and repair experience at component level.
- A passion for industrial electronics and problem-solving.
- Skill in interpreting test data and spotting malfunctions.
