Omega is seeking a Product Manager to join an innovative company leading the way in semiconductor metrology technology. This role is ideal for an experienced Product Management professional with a strong technical background who can define product roadmaps, engage with customers, and drive market success. You will play a critical role in shaping next-generation measurement solutions that enable cutting-edge technologies such as AI, 5G, and advanced computing.
Key Responsibilities – Product Manager
- Act as the primary technical customer contact, managing product commitments and expectations.
- Lead the product roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer requirements.
- Define and manage Market Requirements for all development projects.
- Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to drive strategic decisions.
- Oversee the Product Life Cycle from introduction to end-of-life.
- Develop compelling value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, service, and sales teams to execute product plans.
- Manage and respond to customer acceptance requirements and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience – Product Manager
- Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Proven experience in product management within semiconductor metrology, atomic force microscopy, or scientific instrumentation.
- Strong project management skills and experience working across the full product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Experience in competitive analysis, segmentation strategies, and product positioning.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
