Electromechanical Assembler required by leading manufacturing company based in Andover. The successful Electromechanical Assembler will be responsible for build, test and repair of products to industry standards.

Main Duties: Electromechanical Assembler

  • Working from schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Box build, cable assembly, wiring and soldering.
  • Set up and operation of test equipment.
  • Fault finding and repair of units.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy production area.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Electromechanical Assembler

  • A suitable engineering qualification, Apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Able to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
  • Previous experience of working with hand tools and test equipment.
  • Highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence.
