Our role is to ensure that all of your staffing requirements are managed and value for money is delivered through KPI, retention, and attrition target attainment. We also go further to deliver a range of other operational initiatives to further drive cost saving, improved efficiency and often morale to each and every customer. Management Information

We use MI (Management Information) to analyse trends and offer real-time information to our clients in order to maximise efficiency. We manage our candidates using the latest T&A (Time and Attendance) systems, ensuring that times are appropriately recorded, monitored and processed. This is fully integrated with Maxi Time and our back office payroll systems that provide real-time MI on our service.

Each customer’s requirements are unique, which is why we begin with a business needs analysis to determine exact economic drivers. We then build a bespoke, measurable model that tackles existing areas of frustration, poor service, inefficiencies, overspend, training inconsistencies and time. Our reputation for delivering such a far removed service is excellent and we have a demonstrable track record of increasing retention, improving training, shortening training times and driving down attrition to ultimately deliver significant cost savings to our customers.
