Rick joined Omega Resource Group in 2013 to head up the recruitment business across the UK, running operations in the North West, Midlands and South West across the full spectrum of roles – from Executive Search and Selection to contingent permanent, contract and temporary roles. A focus on people, clients & candidates and process is a key contributor to business growth and profitability, and this makes Omega a great company to work for, and to work with.
HR & Operations Director
Rachel joined Omega in 2000 and is responsible for HR and Operations for the group including: legislative compliance, internal recruitment, training and succession planning, operations and facilities, as well as continuous improvement.
Sharon, a fully qualified accountant, joined Omega in September 2011 and is responsible for controlling the day-to-day operations of the payroll & finance functions for Omega and producing both internal & external financial reporting.
