As one of the founding Directors of Omega Resource Group, Alan has a wealth of experience within the recruitment and engineering sectors. He is primarily responsible for overseeing Omega’s engineering growth within the UK for both Engineering Recruitment and Omega Engineering Services (our outsourced engineering division).

Being another founding Director of the business, James sits at the forefront of the Group’s sales and marketing strategy, driving corporate business development, group sales contracts and strategy for international growth.

As one of the three founding directors and Managing Director of the on-site division, Ray has responsibility for delivery of the group’s managed service operations to our corporate accounts.

Rachel Harber

HR & Operations

Rachel joined Omega in 2000 and is responsible for HR and Operations for the group including: legislative compliance, internal recruitment, training and succession planning, operations and facilities, as well as continuous improvement.

Divisional Director

Rick joined Omega Resource Group in 2013 to head up the recruitment business across the UK, running operations in the North West, Midlands and South West across the full spectrum of roles – from Executive Search and Selection to contingent permanent, contract and temporary roles. A focus on people, clients & candidates and process is a key contributor to business growth and profitability, and this makes Omega a great company to work for, and to work with.

Head of Finance

Sharon, a fully qualified accountant, joined Omega in September 2011 and is responsible for controlling the day-to-day operations of the payroll & finance functions across the group of companies and producing both internal & external financial reporting.

Joined Datum RPO in February 2015 with 19 years in the industry, the most recent 10 years have been selling RPO solutions across multiple industry sectors. Jarrod is responsible for new client acquisition and development of the Datum proposition and brand.

In his role as Operations Director, Mark is responsible for overall operational delivery of Managed Service Programmes (MSP models) for the group. His core focus is to drive efficiencies and cost savings through his specialist industry experience and knowledge. The outcome: delivering an optimised clients and workforce experience.

RPO Client Relationships

Joined Omega in 2010 and is responsible for the Operational delivery of all RPO client relationships: including agreeing and delivering individual client strategies, managing client implementation and account management teams, maintaining relationships with all recruitment and technology partners, achieving all client fulfilment, cost saving and efficiency targets.
